SynapSync publishes two kinds of writing: position papers on foundational theoretical questions, and practitioner guides for companies facing a decision. We do not report on individual customer installations.
Position Paper
"The Emergence Space — A Phase-Transition Theory of Consciousness" (May 2026, Simeon Lehnen). Proposes a structural, substrate-independent framework for distinguishing conscious from non-conscious systems. Framed as an open research thesis, not a finished theory.
Practitioner Guides
Alongside the position paper, we publish practitioner guides on the questions that actually come up before a project — AI without the cloud, cost logic, data prerequisites, explainable alarms, connecting to existing controllers. All of them are listed under News & Publications.
We publish no details about individual installations: information on customers, equipment, and operating data is confidential. What the system does is described on the Process AI page; what it does on your equipment ends up in your own report at the end of the pilot.
