SynapSync is a Secure AI Infrastructure Platform company founded in 2025 by Simeon Lehnen. We build sovereign, air-gapped AI infrastructure — powered by Henri Neuronal Core, our autonomous cognitive engine — for organizations operating in safety-critical, regulated, and sovereignty-sensitive environments, from advanced manufacturing and robotics to critical national infrastructure.
Our systems are built from the ground up to operate without external dependencies, cloud connectivity, or third-party oversight. We build for organizations that cannot afford compromise.
Our Mission
To deliver autonomous neural intelligence infrastructure that enhances operational capability without introducing external control vectors, dependency chains, or sovereignty risks. Every SynapSync deployment operates entirely under customer control, within customer infrastructure, subject only to customer governance.
Leadership
Company Structure
Two independent companies. SynapSync Intelligence Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and SynapSync LLC are legally separate companies under common ownership. Neither holds a stake in the other. Which one is your contracting party depends on where you are based: the UG for Germany and Europe, the LLC for the United States and international business. “Lehnen Technologies Group” is the shared name for both and is not itself a company — it never acts as a contracting party or issues invoices.

Design Philosophy
SynapSync systems are built around three non-negotiable principles:
- Zero External Dependencies: No cloud calls, no license servers, no telemetry. Every component runs entirely within your environment. Once deployed, our systems require no communication with SynapSync or any third party.
- Operational Sovereignty: Customers retain complete control over all data, model weights, configuration, and operational parameters. SynapSync has no visibility into customer deployments unless explicitly invited for technical support.
- Infrastructure-Grade Reliability: Engineered to the same standards as critical infrastructure — designed for continuous operation under degraded conditions, with self-monitoring, fault tolerance, autonomous anomaly resolution, and graceful degradation built into every layer.
What We Build
Our product is the SynapSync Secure AI Infrastructure Platform — an intelligence layer that runs entirely on the customer’s own hardware and under their control providing persistent contextual knowledge, multi-modal sensor integration, predictive maintenance, robot coordination, and adaptive operational behavior for organizations requiring on-premises AI capability.
At its heart runs Henri Neuronal Core, our autonomous cognitive engine — the relationship is that of Apple to its M-series chips: Henri is the technology, SynapSync Infrastructure is what you deploy. It is not a cloud-connected AI service, but an infrastructure component — analogous to an enterprise database or a network appliance — designed for direct integration into existing industrial and operational environments.
Working With Us
SynapSync engagements begin with a technical module of your operational environment, safety requirements, and integration objectives. We work directly with your infrastructure architects and engineering teams to design a deployment that meets your sovereignty requirements from day one.
We do not offer SaaS tiers, shared environments, or managed hosting. Every SynapSync deployment is a dedicated, customer-controlled system.
For those who'd rather not start with a full infrastructure engagement right away, a bounded pilot offers a smaller way in — following the same principles (dedicated, on-premise, no shared infrastructure), just with a fixed scope, fixed price, and fixed timeline instead of an open-ended one.
