The way in is deliberately small. Instead of a project that has to justify itself for months, we take one process and show on your own data what there is to gain — or that there is nothing to gain.

See SAIP before you talk to us

A demo instance of the platform runs at saip.synapsync.de. You can click through it without installing anything and without an appointment.

Demo dataNo figure in it comes from a real plant. The demo shows how the platform is operated, not results.
Why it is in the cloudSo you can look without setting anything up. In production SAIP runs inside your own network, air-gap capable — that is the difference between looking and running.
What you do not seeWhat the surface would show in your operation. That depends on your machines and your data — and that is exactly what the pilot answers.

The four phases

01

Select

One machine, one process, one question.

We agree what this is about — not "AI in production", but a specific question on specific equipment. The narrower it is, the more solid the answer at the end.

02

Connect

The data you already have.

Connection to the controller, MES, historian or the cameras already installed. Whatever is technically impossible or costs effort, we say so in this phase — not later.

03

Analyze

The system builds the picture of your process.

Deviations, relationships and temporal connections on your real data. A detected relationship is flagged as a hypothesis, traceable down to the raw signal — never as a proven cause.

04

Prove

What it is worth in your plant.

You receive the report, the relationships found and, where one is produced, the trained model. Plus an assessment of whether production use pays off — including the recommendation to stop.

What you can hold us to

Fixed priceAgreed in writing before the start, not billed by effort.
Fixed timelineFour phases, each with a named result.
Open outcomeNo automatic continuation. After the pilot, you decide.
No cloudProcessing on site, on your hardware, air-gap capable.

How to measure the value

We will not quote you a benefit in euros before we have seen your data — a figure from someone else’s plant says nothing about yours. What we do instead: name the quantities that decide it. You know them from your operation; we do not.

Downtime hourWhat one hour of unplanned downtime costs on this line — including idle staff and restart.
ScrapScrap rate times material value per bad part. What a defect costs once it has been produced.
Fault-findingHours per incident times incidents per month. Usually the largest item — and the one that sits in no cost centre.
ReworkSorting and rework effort. What it costs to catch a quality problem late instead of early.

The pilot measures these on your own equipment — as a baseline before, as a comparison during. At the end there is no extrapolation from us, but your own numbers in the report. Including when they say it is not worth it here.

That is exactly why the scope stays small. One machine, one question, one comparison period — the smallest unit on which anything can be evidenced at all.

What we do not promise

We do not name an accuracy figure before seeing your data. We do not extrapolate results from other plants onto your equipment. We will not tell you which component fails next. And we do not claim a detected relationship is a proven cause — that assessment stays with your specialists; we provide the basis for it.

A vendor who quotes you a number before looking at your data is guessing. That is the difference you should measure us against.

Your path with SynapSync

  1. 1Data checkFree

A first assessment of your use case, which data and interfaces come into question, and a proposal for a bounded pilot.

  2. 2PilotFixed price

One line, one question, on your real production data. Scope and price are fixed in writing before the start.

  3. 3RolloutIndividual offer

Productive operation on your hardware and extension to further lines — only if the pilot proves it.

Where do I start?

With the free data check for specific equipment. What we need: which machine, what data it produces today, and the question you want answered. That becomes the scope, and the scope becomes the fixed price.

Frequently asked questions

What does a pilot cost?

The price is fixed in writing after a conversation about your equipment and your data situation — before the start, as a fixed price. It is not billed by effort. If it takes longer than planned, that is our problem, not your invoice.

What happens if the pilot finds nothing?

Then that is what the report says. A pilot showing that the case does not pay off here has done its job — it saved you a larger project. There is no automatic continuation.

What accuracy do you commit to up front?

None. Accuracy depends on your machines, your sensors and your data, and a number measured in someone else’s plant says nothing about yours. What you get is an accuracy report for your own equipment — including when it comes out unfavourably. Distrust any vendor who quotes you a figure beforehand.

Do we need new sensors?

Usually not. The pilot works with the data your controllers, MES or historian already write, and with the cameras already installed on your line. If scoping shows the existing data is not sufficient, we say so there — not afterwards.

Does our data have to leave the building?

No. Processing runs on site, on hardware you own, air-gap capable. There is no external call, no telemetry and no license check.

Who owns the result?

You own the report and, where the pilot produces one, the model trained for your equipment along with your data. Henri Neuronal Core, the platform and the underlying technology stay with SynapSync — you acquire a right of use, not ownership.
