This page is for special machine builders and plant builders. It is where our two business areas meet: automation engineering on the controller and Process AI, which reads along on the same controller.
Your day
- Commissioning under time pressure
- The date is fixed, the machine is not ready. Controller, robot and safety have to fit together.
- Service calls without context
- The customer reports: machine down. Nobody sees what happened before.
- End customers without cloud approval
- Many plants allow no machine data to leave the site. Cloud-based analysis is ruled out there.
- Error codes instead of an explanation
- A fault number tells the operator something is wrong — not where to look.

What you get from us
- Automation from one team: PLC programming, robot programming and commissioning on Siemens, Beckhoff, KUKA and FANUC — including safety.
- Explained alarms on your controller: Process AI reads along at the controller and reports the slow drift with sensor, reading, expected value and direction. The controller program stays unchanged.
- Data stays with the operator: Processing runs on-site, air-gap capable. There is no back channel and no telemetry — not even to us.
What can be shown today
What we do not promise
We do not offer remote monitoring of your delivered machines — that would contradict the principle that data stays with the operator. What an offer for your machine series looks like is a conversation, not something on this page.
How to start
With a conversation about your machine: controller, robot, scope and date. For the AI side the entry is the same as everywhere — a bounded pilot on one machine, at a fixed price.
