This page is for everyone who gets called when a machine stops or behaves oddly. The technology behind it is described under Process AI, the way in under Pilot.
Your day
- An alarm without context
- It says something is wrong. Not why, and not where to start.
- Searching instead of fixing
- After the alarm the real work begins: trend charts, logbooks, questions to the shift. Paid time with no guaranteed result.
- Drift in the green zone
- A value changes over days and stays below the limit. The fixed alarm limit only reacts once the damage is done.
- Knowledge in a few heads
- The people who really know the machine are not on every shift — and one day not at all.

What SAIP shows you
- The named sensor: Every alert carries the sensor, its reading, the expected value and the direction of the deviation. A work instruction instead of a red light.
- The trail back: Which signal changed first and what followed. A possible cause is shown as a hypothesis with a trail back to the raw signal — the judgement stays with you.
- What stays: From findings you confirm, Henri builds knowledge of your plant locally and keeps it ready for the next incident — offline, in your own network.
What can be shown today
What we do not promise
We do not tell you in advance which component will fail next, and we quote no accuracy before we have seen your data. What SAIP achieves on your equipment is in your own report at the end of the pilot — even when it comes out unfavourably.
How to start
With a pilot on the machine that costs you the most search time today. Fixed price, four phases — measured in your hours of troubleshooting per failure.
